Swim fishy, swim!
Right next to the Locks they have a "salmon ladder", sort of a salmon lane, since fish can't really signal the lock operator.
This picture is through an observation window. Because they are migrating from salt water to fresh they have to pause here and acclimate themselves with the fresh water. They will stay here, swimming against the current, for several hours before continuing their jouney.
